Most students who register for CanPacific programs are over 18 years old do not need a custodianship letter. However, students who are under the age of 18 are considered minors and must have a legal custodian/guardian. The legal custodian acts as the primary contact between the school and family and is responsible for the student's well - being while living in Canada.
The legal custodian must be a Canadian citizen living in Canada. For the students who will be living in Canada, a relative or the school coordinator can act as the legal custodian. If you require this service please contact the school.
