The Student Residence located in Downtown Toronto, is a walking distance from CanPacific College, tourist attractions, dining, and shops.

Room rates and Terms

The room is fully furnished and features one queen bed / two twin private bedrooms with a washroom and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.


Residential Placement Fee: $200 (One time fee / non refundable)
Residential Fee and Terms: One queen bed

  * July-September : $1,900 / 30days

Two twin beds

By Airport Express Bus
The Airport Express bus provides transportation from the airport to the downtown Toronto area. This fully accessible coach provides scheduled service which operates 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round. The shuttle operates every 20 minutes during peak periods and every 30 minutes during off peak times.
Walk to Jetliner road at airport road Southside. Take bus 192 travelling north and walk to Kipling Subway station. Travel Eastbound on Kipling station and get off at Bathrust subway station. At Bathurst station, take a street car 511 travelling south, get off at Bathrust Street at Dundas Street West. Walk towards east on Dundas Street West and take a right on Denison Ave and take a left on Grange Ave.
Tickets can be purchased at the arrivals level in the terminal.
By Taxi
Taxis can be found outside the terminals at the arrivals level. Most taxi companies do offer a flat rate to downtown Toronto which is approximately $60. Always be sure to ask for a flat rate before commencing the trip.
